Hotel Policies

  • Hours: Check-in Time:  3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Front Desk Office Hours: 8 AM - 10PM
  • Note:  If your arrival time is delayed, please contact the office in advance to make arrangements for late check-in.
  • Pet Policy: No pets allowed. A $175 cleaning fee will be added to the final bill if an animal is discovered inside a guest room.
  • Non-Smoking Policy: A $250 cleaning fee will be added to the final bill for smoking in the room.
  • Deposit: $100 deposit per each room.
  • Late Check-out Policy: Late check-outs are subject to room availability. Any check-out after 1 pm will be charged a full day's regular room rate.
  • Early Departures: In the event, you need to depart earlier than expected, a 1-night room and tax fee will be applied to your final bill.
  • Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled 48 hours in advance to avoid penalty. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a charge of 1st night plus tax.
